Sculpture and Design Students of Marin Abel
Marin Abel was about to complete his three year apointment as the Catron Visiting Professor of Art and we invited him to show his work. Soon thereafter he learned he had been selected for a tenure track position at Metropolitan State University in Denver. Given his packed schedule and packing schedule he proposed and we agreed to focus the exhibit on the work of the students he had mentored for the three years he was at Washburn. It turned out to be an outstanding and thought provoking exhibit.
